Environmental Litigation Counsel II
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking an experienced legal professional for their Enforcement Section within the Litigation Division in Austin, Texas. You will represent the Executive Director at various agency proceedings and provide legal counsel on environmental law matters. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of legal experience, including significant exposure to environmental issues, and hold admission to the State Bar of Texas.
