A TeamMember will train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House andhave the ability to fill in at any position. After training, your manager willplace you in a more defined position that best suits your skills and abilitiesas well as the needs of the restaurant. Variouspositions within Front of House and Back of House are cashier/runner,drive-thru, and expo (expeditor). The Shift Manager willdisplay exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The ShiftManager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly helpexpedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager’sassist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food,service, and sanitation. Shift Manager Requirements Assist in the openingand closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule,including extended hours) Assist incounting out cash registers. Assist instocking shelves with inventory and product. Expedite foodfor guests. Followdirections of management. Comply withCompany policies, procedures, standards, and specifications. Comply withstate and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
