Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, claims procedures, and coding requirements
• Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs
• Serve as reimbursement and access expert for field sales and account management teams
• Proactively identify and resolve patient access and affordability barriers using data analysis
• Maintain current knowledge of national, regional, and local market dynamics affecting coverage and access

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration; MBA or MPH preferred
• Minimum 5 years of account management or reimbursement experience in provider settings
• Deep knowledge of medication access channels including pharmacy and medical benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong understanding of payer landscape across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity
• Knowledge of healthcare coding, claims submission, and coverage requirements
