Our team serves contractors, businesses, and industry professionals throughout the Southwest, providing exceptional products, expertise, and customer support.What You'll Be Doing:Developing and maintaining strong B2B customer relationshipsAssisting contractors and business customers with product selection and solutionsProcessing phone, email, and counter sales ordersProviding outstanding customer service and technical supportIdentifying new sales opportunities and growing existing accountsCollaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experienceIdeal Candidates Have:Sales experience (Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Counter Sales, or Business Development)HVAC industry experience preferredMechanical Engineering background welcomedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBusiness-to-business (B2B) sales experienceExperience handling customer inquiries and phone ordersCustomer service and counter sales experienceA positive attitude, self-motivation, and desire to succeedCareer Growth & MobilityWe believe in developing talent from within.
