This position serves as the primary frontline support for employees and assists the IT Administrator with system maintenance, device deployment, troubleshooting, and routine IT operations. The IT Technician plays a critical role in supporting users, maintaining equipment, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently so the IT Administrator can focus on strategic planning, cybersecurity oversight, and system administration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gfoat
