As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Kizziah - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Pensacola, FL.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1993.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, and Golden Triangle
