Job Description

Class A CDL Driver
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Class A CDL Driver for a company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team, earn competitive pay, and build a rewarding long-term career.

This is not an OTR position. Drivers and home every night!!

Pay Rate
$24.00 per hour or more based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm overtime as needed

Class A CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A CDL trucks, including manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned vehicles and equipment.
Deliver fabricated rebar and construction materials to customer job sites.
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and documentation.
Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.

Class A CDL Driver Qualifications and Requirements

Valid Class A CDL license.
No restrictions prohibiting operation of a manual transmission truck.
Clean MVR, accident-free driving history.
Ability to lift, load, unload, and secure materials.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
