Details III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds Performs both CT and X-ray procedures during shift Patient ratio of 1:1 Night shift, 4x12 hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM with a 30-minute lunch around 11:30 PM Sole technologist covering both CT and X-ray after midnight No weekend shifts and no on-call requirements No floating between units required Uses Epic for charting Equipment may include GE, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba systems along with PACS Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required ARRT(CT) and ARRT(R) certification required BLS certification required Valid compact state license required at time of submission (license required if applicable) Epic charting experience required Teaching hospital experience preferred Experience with image display and post-processing, including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction Experience with abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies Skilled in contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture Additional Information Facility is a Short Term Acute Care, Level III Trauma Center Scrubs may be any color No parking fees Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day All requested time off must be submitted upfront during the application process Local candidates may be accepted at a lower bill rate Radius requirement of 50 miles for local candidate consideration Former Providence permanent employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required First-time travelers are considered for this position May be required to disclose prior work history with Providence facilities as part of the application process American Traveler Job ID P-744139.
