Compensation

• Base mileage pay: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses: up to $0.08 CPM additional (fuel, safety, performance)
• Average weekly pay: $1,200 to $1,500
• Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800/week
• Annual earnings: $62,400 to $75,000
• Direct deposit every week no delays

Schedule & Home Time

• Out 12 days, home 48 hours every other week
• Assigned truck no slip seating
• Take the truck home on your time off

The Freight

• 100% no-touch dry van
• 60% drop & hook / 40% live load
• Lumper fees paid by the company never coming out of your pocket
• Running primarily East of I-35
• Average 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week

Equipment

• 2020+ Freightliner Cascadia, Kenworth T680, or International
• All automatic transmissions
• APU on every truck
• Permanently assigned your truck, every day
• One dog under 30 lbs OR one rider allowed from day one

Just finished CDL school? We'll put you in a seat and pay you while you learn.

• $650 per week guaranteed during 4 to 6 weeks mentorship
• Structured training with an experienced mentor
• Transition directly into your own solo seat immediately after training
• Requirement: Class A CDL and 120+ hours from an accredited school

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience trainees and recent grads exempt
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years
• No safety-related terminations
• Solid 10-year work history school and training gaps are acceptable
• No DUI/DWI or felonies in the last 10 years
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screening
