Job Description

This well-established healthcare facility about an hour from Grants, NM, is seeking a full-time, permanent Chief Nursing Officer to join its organization. Relocation Assistance will be provided!

Pay Range: $225, 000 - $250, 000/yearly

Chief Nursing Officer opportunity:

Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Monday Friday
On-call is required for this position
Relocation assistance and annual incentive provided
Great benefits including health/dental/vision coverage for the selected Chief Nursing Officer

Chief Nursing Officer Requirements:

8 to 9 direct reports required
Holds an active RN license
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
Previous nursing leadership experience
