You'll handle foundational tasks that make exceptional service possible - prepping ingredients, supporting station setup, and helping maintain kitchen excellence. Your responsibilities will include:Prepare ingredients and cook food to specifications under Chef directionMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstationSupport opening, running, and closing kitchen dutiesProperly label, store, and rotate all prepared itemsUphold all food safety and sanitation standardsAssist with training new kitchen Team MembersWork with urgency, precision, and pride in every taskContributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respectWhat We're Looking For:Basic kitchen or prep experience preferredFamiliarity with knife skills, cutting techniques, and food handlingStrong work ethic, communication, and collaboration skillsHigh standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalismAbility to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsA growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and leadWork with passionate professionals in one of Nashville's top hospitality teams.
