Sign‑On Bonus $10,000 for eligible experienced RN candidates. Job Summary Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for Neuro PCU at Research Medical Center. Responsibilities Partner with multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality patient‑centered care. Assist with admission and discharge processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement. Assist with staff scheduling assignments and patient rounding. Manage patient care assignments as indicated by patient needs. Mentor, lead, and guide new nurses. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with RN diploma or comparable credential. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of start. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start. Experience in neuro or progressive care unit preferred.
