Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent training in food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations throughout the service period.
• Monitor food levels and promptly replenish items to ensure continuous availability for guests.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and accommodate special requests or dietary needs with professionalism.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the breakfast service area before and after service hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
