Interns take on meaningful, business-critical projects within their chosen department, partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and build functional expertise in their focus area while gaining a broad view of the commercial real estate lifecycle, from acquisition through asset management. The program culminates in a final presentation to Speed Bay leadership. Key Responsibilities Acquisitions Support due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including market research, property-level analysis, and document review. Help coordinate due diligence checklists and third-party vendor deliverables. Technology Support internal systems and data management projects.
