Automotive Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automobiles and a strong understanding of automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, and transmission repairs.
- Conduct oil changes, tire services, battery replacement, and other preventive maintenance.
- Use diagnostic scanners and automotive tools to identify vehicle problems.
- Inspect vehicles and identify safety or performance concerns.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and repair procedures.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations to service advisors or customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
