Vocational Specialist: Empower Inclusive Employment

InVision Human Services is seeking a Vocational Specialist to advocate for individuals facing barriers to traditional employment. You will conduct discovery, create employment plans, and coordinate supports with employers to place people in meaningful jobs. Responsibilities include analyzing needs, negotiating pay and benefits, developing discovery profiles, and training employers on customized and supported employment.
