Pharmacist – Hospital / Outpatient Flex

Peridot, AZ

We are seeking a versatile Hospital Pharmacist with outpatient and inpatient/ER experience for an assignment in Peridot, Arizona . This role requires flexibility to work days and hours as needed and involves both outpatient pharmacy support and inpatient/ER coverage when required.

• Location: Peridot, AZ

• Setting: Hospital – Outpatient and Inpatient/ER coverage

• Schedule: Flexible – Days & hours as needed

• BLS Certification – Required

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license in any state (Arizona license preferred)

• Hospital/clinical pharmacy experience – Required

• Inpatient/ER pharmacist experience

• ACLS & PALS certifications – PALS may be obtained on-site

• 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience

• Experience in acute care, ER, or high-acuity hospital settings

• Provide safe and effective medication therapy in both outpatient and inpatient/ER settings

• Verify, process, and dispense medication orders per regulatory and facility standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies

• Support clinical initiatives and medication safety programs
