HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and light industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, and building automation controls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Complete service documentation and communicate findings with clients
- Maintain a professional appearance and work independently in the field
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Trane, Daikin, Carrier, Lennox, and Mitsubishi systems
- Familiarity with building automation systems
- Brazing, leak testing, and pressure testing experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
