Your Responsibilities

• Performing in-depth patient evaluations, scheduling necessary tests, and developing tailored care strategies
• Assessing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions independently or in coordination with physicians, based on credentialing

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialized credentials
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
