Project Manager & Estimator – Landscape Construction

Combines cost analysis expertise with hands-on project execution to ensure accurate budgeting, efficient scheduling, and successful delivery from bid through closeout. Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style are essential. Starting Pay Range – $75-95K annually + Profit Sharing and Comprehensive Benefits Package
Key Responsibilities & Strengths:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals based on drawings, specs, and site conditions
- Analyze labor, materials, subcontractor pricing, and project risks to develop competitive, profitable bids
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project costs vs. estimates and implement corrective actions to maintain margins
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements
- Track progress, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships
