Providing clinical triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will ensure injured employees receive timely medical care while facilitating communication among all stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims Perform clinical assessments to determine appropriate medical care and develop care plans Facilitate communication between injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialties Preferred experience in Workers' Compensation case management and telephonic triage Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient advocacy principles Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications
