Work Environment\nWorking from the comfort of your home, you will engage with clients using our advanced telehealth platform, Simple Practice, which allows for secure video conferencing and messaging. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans based on these evaluations. \n
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, catering to the unique needs of clients through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others appropriate for various age groups. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using our digital practice management system. \n
- Utilize outcome measurement tools to track treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care plans to enhance client progress. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical supervision, workshops, and training opportunities. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely to optimize client care and share insights on treatment strategies. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a wide variety of clients, including teenagers, adults, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be expected to foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing and personal growth through tailored therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold an active license in Texas as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is required for this role. \n
- Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions in a virtual format. \n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and collaboration with colleagues. \n
- Proficiency in conducting therapy through telehealth platforms, with previous experience in a remote setting considered a strong plus. \n

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on psychotherapy for various demographics. \n
- Experience with serving diverse populations and understanding the cultural dynamics that influence mental health. \n
