By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).Job Duties:Senior Leader of Consulting Engagements for: Blueprint, Roadmap, Health Check, Lightning, Governance, and Org Consolidation Salesforce Consulting assessmentsIn charge of meeting facilitationIn charge of weekly project status meetingsInternal and External customer communication used to gather, guide, and document project and program requirements and expected resultsDocumentation of all project stages, including but not limited to presentations, requirements, use cases, user stories, flows, program documentation and technical documentationConfiguration of technical frameworks to meet assessment requirements, including but not limited to SalesforceResearch and maintaining best practices on document repositoriesEffectively deliver results on several assessment projectsFunction in a team lead capacity mentoring and guiding junior level resourcesParticipate and collaborate on designCreate and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support on-going assessment developmentThe Salesforce Business Consultant has hands on experience implementing Salesforce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, and business stakeholders during the consulting phase.Nice to have:Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement SalesforceMust be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customizationExperience implementing Salesforce solutions using agile and waterfall methodologyMust also work closely with team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectivesMust also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as requiredThis resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activitiesBasic Qualifications: Experience and/or knowledge of the following processes: Risk, Issue Analysis, and Strategy Assessments, Functional Architecture, Data Modeling, Business Cases, Journey Mapping, Business Requirements, Business Intelligence, Mobile/Social/Globalization Strategy, ERP Integration, Governance, Business Process Design/Re-Engineering/Optimization, Performance Management, Sales & Operation Planning, Marketing Automation, Customer Loyalty/Retention, Executive Alignment and Coaching, Training and Knowledge Transfer, Proven Practices and Support, and Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Modeling• Achieve and Maintain Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Administration CertificationsTechnical Qualifications:• 10+ years of business consulting• 5 years Salesforce and/or other application life cycle implementations• Experience implementing solutions using agile and waterfall methodology• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferredThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
