Litigation Associate Attorney (1+ yrs.) - LA

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Defense Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance coverage matters with a collaborative team representing both domestic and international clients. Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance coverage disputes, including areas such as bad faith, professional liability, construction defect, cyber liability, and excess liability Participate in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and support case strategy Qualifications Active California bar license in good standing Experience with civil litigation (state and federal court exposure preferred) Background in insurance coverage litigation is a plus Strong analytical, writing, and research skills Why This Opportunity High level of responsibility and hands‑on litigation experience Structured mentorship and professional development support Hybrid work environment promoting work-life balance Compensation Approximate salary range: $125,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
