How you Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active LPN license in your state of residence. Maintain current/active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Full Time Days 7 am to 7 pm Sign On Bonus $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
