What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and execute project tasks.
• Monitor progress, manage potential delays, and problem solve to keep projects on track.
• Review and verify work quality and safety compliance on-site.
• Report project status, issues, and risks to project managers and senior leadership.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety meetings.
• Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Support client communication and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience managing multifamily residential construction projects as a superintendent.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
