As a Research Analyst at Landing Point Search Group, you you'll identify exceptional talent, develop lasting candidate relationships, and support executive searches across the financial services industry. What You’ll Do Build Relationships: Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent through personalized outreach and genuine engagement that sparks meaningful conversations. Research & Market Insights: Develop expertise in the roles and industries we serve, using market research to strengthen search strategies and identify top talent. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction is professional, responsive, and personalized, making candidates feel valued throughout the search process. Collaborate: Partner closely with recruiters to develop search strategies, share market insights, and support multiple searches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong research and analytical abilities.
