Make a meaningful impact while helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and independence. Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team serving Lamoni Specialty Care and Westview Care Center in southern Iowa

This position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services in skilled nursing and post-acute care.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, and functional independence
• Provide rehabilitation services at Lamoni Specialty Care and Westview Care Center
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa
