This entry-level position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Assist senior HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. \* Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and replacing filters. \* Diagnose and troubleshoot basic HVAC system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions. \* Conduct minor repairs and component replacements under supervision. \* Document all service and repair work accurately and thoroughly. \* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. \* Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools. \* Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear explanations of work performed. \* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills. \* Be available for occasional on-call shifts or emergency service as needed. Job Qualifications:\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a vocational HVAC program or apprenticeship is a plus. \* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. \* Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles. \* Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in HVAC work. \* Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and wiring diagrams. \* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces. \* EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe). \* Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
