This role will provide nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to patients while partnering closely with clinical providers to support overall health and wellness. They are able to translate nutrition recommendations into practical guidance that patients can understand and incorporate into their daily lives.This is an onsite opportunity in Arcadia and is best suited for a Registered Dietitian who is looking to make a direct impact within the local community.What You'll be Owning:Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plansProvide nutrition counseling and education based on patient needs and clinical goalsMonitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as appropriateCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care teamEducate patients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, disease management, and lifestyle changesMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the medical recordSupport patients with a variety of nutritional and health-related needsProvide resources and recommendations that help patients successfully implement nutrition plansParticipate in ongoing patient care coordination and follow-upWhat You'll Bring to the Table:Must be a Registered DietitianPrior experience providing nutrition counseling or clinical nutrition services preferredExperience working within a healthcare, outpatient, community health, or similar patient-care environment is helpfulStrong patient communication and education skillsAbility to work effectively with both patients and clinical providersStrong organizational and documentation skillsComfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader care teamMust be able to work onsite in Arcadia, Florida
