TikTok Livestream Operation Supervisor(Bilingual in Chinese)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven TikTok Live Operation Team Lead to lead and scale our brand’s TikTok live streaming business. Base location is in Katy, TX . Location: 26717 Westheimer Pkwy, Katy, TX 77494 In this role, you will be in charge of the entire live streaming strategy and execution. We are looking for a proactive, strategic leader who can build and manage a high-performing team, dive into performance data, and drive real revenue growth —not just someone who follows a checklist. Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the end-to-end TikTok Live streaming strategy to maximize channel growth, viewer engagement, and sales performance. Live Stream Production: Set up and manage overseas live studios. Coordinate hosts, product merchandise, and content workflows to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts. Performance Optimization: Analyze live streaming data and key metrics to continuously optimize scripts, hosting rhythm, promotional offers, and overall viewer experience. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor the live operations team. Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) while fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment. Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for live sales targets, profitability, and return on investment (ROI). Requirement: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in live streaming operations/management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear . Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required (English must be fluent for daily business communication). Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok’s platform rules, algorithms, and live commerce ecosystem, with proven hands-on experience running successful live streams. Leadership Style: A strategic thinker and action-oriented leader who takes initiative rather than just following orders. Proven experience managing a team of 5+ operations staff is a strong plus. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills—able to turn raw metrics into actionable operational improvements. Mindset & Communication: Enthusiastic, high-energy, with excellent cross-functional communication and project coordination skills.
