This role manages meeting requests, scheduling updates, attendee communications, and operational support before and during congresses.The Coordinator works closely with customer teams, thought leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure engagements are successfully executed.What You'll DoManage congress engagement logistics from planning through executionCoordinate meeting requests, updates, schedule changes, and attendee communicationsMaintain accurate engagement records and tracking systemsMonitor action items and follow-up activities across multiple teamsServe as a primary operational contact for assigned congress programsCoordinate room schedules, meeting logistics, and attendee requirementsSupport thought leader and employee communicationsTroubleshoot logistical issues and escalate risks when necessaryProvide on-site support during congress executionCreate and provide reporting, reconciliation, and post-congress activitiesSupport multiple therapeutic areas, teams, and engagement programs within customer accountsRequirements2+ years of experience in event coordination, congress management, customer operations, or project coordinationExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or event technologies preferredExperience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical events preferredAbility to travel for on-site congress support, ~40% expectedInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
