Position: Systems Analyst
Employment Status: Full-Time (FT)

Position Summary:

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking candidates for the Systems Analyst position within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The Systems Analyst performs duties involving the implementation, maintenance, and development of BCI's information systems, including modifying computer and network system software, supporting system integrations, and performing other related technical duties to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.

This position works closely with internal departments to support the organization's mission by ensuring reliable access to technology systems that facilitate client services, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational needs. The Systems Analyst collaborates with IT staff and end users to analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and recommend enhancements to improve overall system functionality and user experience.

The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, supporting multiple priorities, and responding to technical needs across the agency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in systems analysis, systems administration, software support, or a related IT function; OR a High School (HS) Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience in systems analysis, systems administration, software support, or a related IT function.

• Experience with computer systems, network environments, software applications, and system troubleshooting required.


• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve system and network issues.

Bilingual/bicultural English and Spanish preferred (not required).

Applicants must be able to pass an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF)

Level II background check (Clearinghouse Education and Awareness Website: National Sex Offender Registry

search, Office of Inspector General (OIG) check (if you have previously worked for DCF (including Contract or Subcontract Provider), drug screen,

and Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid Florida Driver's License with no more than three

(3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI's automobile insurance policy.

• Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network systems.

• Knowledge of system integration, data management, and IT security best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with non-technical staff.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
