About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will: Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team Responsibilities As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will: Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Qualifications Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided) Have experience working with children Possess reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available Join Our Team At Budding Futures, we’re committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff and clients.
