ResponsibilitiesManage M&O delivery for your assigned Salesforce Org using Agile methodologiesLead sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standupsCoordinate with Department program staff, IT, and business stakeholdersTrack and manage risks, issues, schedule, and deliverable milestonesReport status to the Engagement Manager and maintain project documentationRequired Qualifications5 years FTE as Project Manager or Scrum Master for software implementation projects with at least 3 years directly managing a team of 5+ FTE 3 years FTE experience on IT development projects Active certification, one of: PMP (PMI) | SAFe Scrum Master | Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP, PMI) Bachelor's degree (or 7 years total IT development PM experience in lieu of degree)Desirable QualificatonsMasters Degree in a related field1+ Experience working at EDDITIL Foundation Certification or higher Note: Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and the position is expected to start in early 2027 and will be for a 2 year term.
