Director of Surgical Services

Your Job: The Director of Surgical Services will direct and coordinate operating room, outpatient department, and Center for Digestive Health functions; direct and supervise functions and activities, interpret policies, procedures, standards, and regulations as appropriate. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN required
• Current License (or temporary permit) with the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
• Sufficient previous experience as operating room staff nurse with supervisory responsibilities
• CPR Certification required
• Advanced Cardio Life Support certification preferred
• National Specialty area certification preferred
