Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.50 - 17 P/h (BOE)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery under supervision.
Assemble, test, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
Accurately document production activities and support quality control

Qualifications:

Some experience or exposure to manufacturing, production, or hands-on work is helpful.
Reliable work history and demonstrated consistency in prior roles.
Ability to pass a skills assessment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
