Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 - 17 P/h (BOE)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Assemble, test, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
- Accurately document production activities and support quality control
Qualifications:
- Some experience or exposure to manufacturing, production, or hands-on work is helpful.
- Reliable work history and demonstrated consistency in prior roles.
- Ability to pass a skills assessment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
