Join us at Silver Creek BBQ! We are now hiring Cashiers to join our team. We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, customer focused environment..
The Cashier plays a key role in ensuring company standards are met in all customer-facing areas while delivering a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests that enter the restaurant
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant services
- Take food and beverage orders at the counter
- Accept payment and provide accurate change to customers
- Enter orders into our point-of-sale system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform side work at each shift as required
- Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Delighting customers, customer relationships,
- Company promotions
Position Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to workdays, nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Able to walk or stand for long periods
