Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred and licensing assistance available. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
