Stock Associate

Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team! Tailwind is a rapidly growing company known for its commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence. We are committed to delivering exceptional dining and retail experiences to all travelers.

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and inventory functions of our business, ensuring product is properly received, organized, and replenished to maintain optimal availability for our customers. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory flow, and assist with product location and general inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receive and unload deliveries, verifying accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Stock and replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and storage areas according to company standards and planograms
• Organize backroom and storage areas to ensure safe, efficient product flow
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management promptly
• Rotate product using FIFO methods and check expiration dates where applicable
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockrooms, storage areas, and sales floors
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts as needed
• Support floor operations and assist customers with locating products when required
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies
• Work with a team to provide the best possible customer experience

Qualifications/Skills:

• Basic Math
• Customer service experience
• Stocking, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Clear communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
