Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Associate Location: Santa Cruz, CA Company: Chris Buich - State Farm Insurance Compensation: $30.00 per hour Benefits: Commission, 401(k) and matching, performance bonus, paid time off, training & development Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a valid insurance license and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance coverage. You will be responsible for building relationships, assessing client needs, and providing expert guidance on insurance products.
