• Shifts run 6 am - 6 pm with flexible first-hour phone availability
• Average daily census of 12 - 14 patients per shift
• Critical Access Hospital setting
• Admissions required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• PRN availability ongoing after scheduled shifts
