Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Confidence in working with a diverse K-12 caseload
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students onsite
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support academic and functional needs
• Document student progress and maintain organized records in compliance with school and district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support planning
