Who are we looking for? The Information Systems Analyst I (ISA I) is responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, resolving technical problems and providing technical support to the company and clients. This position identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for clients, prevents problem escalation and takes care to test, document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Enough said! Required Education, Skills and Experience:Associate 's Degree in Information Systems or technical school equivalent required.
