Elevate user engagement through strategic content design, fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences.As a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team, you will develop and execute content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys through content. You’ll lead strategically important initiatives, drive innovative solutions to complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Through close collaboration with design, product, technology, and risk partners, you’ll create clear, engaging, user-friendly content to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience while championing inclusive language and customer experience. You’ll help scale standards across products by translating voice, tone, accessibility, and risk requirements into structured, reusable content patterns and rules that teams can apply consistently.
