Job's Mission As Specialist, People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to employees and front-line leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activities and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment. Working closely with Senior People Partners and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering both operational excellence and people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle. What You Will Be Working On Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, internal mobility, immigration coordination, and offboarding Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance improvement plans Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws while reinforcing ASM’s culture and values Contribute to organizational health, engagement, and change management initiatives Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and leverage data insights to support decision-making Collaborate with global HR colleagues to drive cross-regional initiatives and strengthen the “One ASM” culture Support employee engagement activities and community-building efforts What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field 3-7 years of HR experience (flexible based on leveling), ideally in a fast‑paced and/or international environment Solid understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, compliance) Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (practical or academic) Experience with HRIS systems; exposure to immigration processes is a plus HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is a plus Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Collaborative team player with a global mindset and cultural awareness Ready to join a team where your ideas matter and your work has impact?
