The Opportunity Happier Grocery is looking for a Beverage Bar Barista to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience while bringing our beverage program to life. You will prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, and functional wellness beverages, guide customers through the menu, and create genuine connections with every interaction. Through hands-on training and ongoing education, you will deepen your knowledge of coffee, functional ingredients, and wellness beverages while helping create an experience that keeps customers coming back. Essential Job Responsibilities Prepare coffee, tea and espresso-based drinks Talk guests through add-ons Work quickly and efficiently to take orders and payments on the POS Engage with and talk to guests in a friendly manner Prepare tonics from recipes and properly present them customers Keep a completely clean back bar and work area Take daily inventory and stock the bar with beverage and operational supplies Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Principal Skills and Attributes Required 1+ year barista experience on an espresso machine preferred Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation Outstanding communication and guest service skills Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure Ability to multitask and stay organized Enthusiastic about wellness, food, and helping people Open availability include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 18 years of age or older #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch
