CRM Manager# CRM ManagerEOC Corporate - Irving - Irving, TX 75038## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionJob SummaryThe CRM Manager is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role supports Sales, Marketing, Service, Parts, and Account Management across both VTL and CCE divisions.The CRM Manager ensures the system is reliable, user-friendly, and delivers accurate data and reporting to support leadership decision-making. This position operates as an individual contributor and serves as the internal subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft platforms.Duties and Responsibilities* Administers and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across all supported business functions.* Manages CRM users, security roles, permissions, environments, and system settings.* Configures entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.* Provides day-to-day support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues and resolving requests in a timely manner.* Builds and maintains dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility, accountability, and performance tracking.* Maintains CRM integrations with enterprise systems, ERP(IntelliDealer) and Dynamics Customer Insights.* Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors for CRM-related initiatives and integrations.* Configures workflows and automation within Dynamics 365.* Monitors data quality and system integrity, identifying and addressing issues related to accuracy, completeness, or duplication.* Documents system configurations, processes, enhancements, and changes.* Stays current on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft platform updates, features, and best practices.* Follows all company policies and procedures as directed in the employee handbook and operational documentation.* Follows all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adheres to all policies and procedures as directed in the employee handbook and operational documentation.* Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.## QualificationsRequired Skills* Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.* Strong IT skills, including system administration, integrations, and data management.* High proficiency with Microsoft platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Excel.* Ability to translate business requirements into practical CRM configurations.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation discipline.* Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues and deliver timely solutions.* Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.* 3–6 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required.* Experience supporting CRM users across multiple business functions preferred.* Experience coordinating CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
