Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit
• Maintain flexibility to float to an alternate campus or floor as needed
• Complete required onboarding modules during orientation (approximately 6–8 hours, non-billable)
• Adhere to facility compliance requirements, including timely completion of lab items and documentation within required timeframes
• Utilize electronic charting systems; Altera experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN certification required
• Must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place to do so within that timeframe
• Please note: The facility conducts its own mandatory drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana testing. A positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions. Candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Altera charting system
• Availability to start within 3–5 weeks is preferred
