John Peters – State Farm Agency is looking for an Experienced Insurance Service Lead to become an important part of our team. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who can take ownership of customer relationships while also recognizing opportunities to grow and retain the agency's business.

What You'll Do Serve as a trusted point of contact for insurance customers Handle customer questions, policy changes, and service needs Review customer accounts and identify coverage opportunities Explain insurance products and coverage options Prepare quotes and assist customers with their insurance decisions Follow up with customers and leads Help retain existing customers through excellent service Identify opportunities to generate additional business Build strong, long‑term customer relationships Support the overall growth of the agency You May Be a Great Fit If You...
